Cancellation Policy & Booking Amount
Cancellation windows, refund eligibility, rescheduling, and the booking amount payable to confirm a booking.

Refund percentages apply to the booking amount paid, not the total order value.
Special Conditions
- Customized items become non-refundable once production/procurement begins.
- Cakes, bouquets and other perishables become non-refundable once preparation/procurement begins.
- Same-day bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Once the service team/vendor has been dispatched, customer-initiated cancellation is generally non-refundable.
- Peak-day bookings like Valentine's Day, Christmas, NYE bookings may have special cancellation terms, which will be disclosed before payment.
- Refunds are generally processed within 1–2 working days after approval.
- Non-recoverable costs already incurred for vendors, materials, customized products or third-party services may be deducted where applicable.
Rescheduling
Customers may request rescheduling instead of cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and applicable vendor/third-party commitments.
Unforeseen circumstances
In case of severe weather, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, Blissmet may offer rescheduling or refund of the recoverable amount after accounting for unavoidable costs already incurred.
If Blissmet cannot deliver
If Blissmet is unable to deliver a confirmed service due to reasons attributable to Blissmet, the customer will be offered an appropriate alternative, rescheduling option or refund depending on the circumstances.

Pay only 20–30% to confirm your booking. Pay the remaining amount after successful service delivery.
